HORRIBLE! Manager is so not nice. We got up to our rooms, which we asked for non smoking, and it was completely smoked out!!!!!! The whole entire facility smelled like smoke. The manager refused to give us our money back until i had to yell at him. DISGUSTING!! the whole place just sucks! Dont go there!!!!!!!!!!!!!

While the room was OK, the hotel amenities and staff were not. We had a AAA discount and while most hotel chains would extend the discount after you make a reservation, this one flat would not, not even a manager. They close their breakfast room after breakfast hours are over. I have never been to a hotel that does that. Can't even get a piece of fruit or a convenient cup of coffee after 9AM....

This is a decent place right near the airport. There are several fast food eating options nearby to the Ramada. The rooms were clean and te service was good.
