I got there at 8:00 in the morning and they said they diden't have a room ready so they put me in a suite for the same price.

It's the lack of wifi that bothered me other than that location, staff etc were excellent

Great location - close to downtown. Great restaurants and bars in area. Short walk to Petco Field and Convention Center. Lots of history as the hotel is over 100 years old. Great friendly staff and shuttle service.

Long wait for shuttle

Shuttle on time to bring to airport. Return flight I called when I had my bags in hand. It took 55 minutes for the shuttle to arrive to return us to the hotel with multiple calls to the front desk with status reported "he's on the way - no ETA." There were poor winter conditions, but the when the shuttle arrives the drive from MSP to Ramada was only 6 minutes. Worst case this should be 30...
