Ralphs hires the disabled as a publicity stunt and then they treat these poor people terribly. They make fun of them about their disability and as soon as no one is looking they fire them. Just disgusting

Ehh.. Ralphs is a typical grocery store, they are always out of different kinds of "meats" . You would think they would re-stock , I suppose they prove the customers wrong.

the company screwed me

I am currently an employee with this company. In July i went home sick from work and was admitted into the hospital for 5 weeks during my stay my Bike was left in the break room. managers of the store told me to leave it there but was told i could not lock it up. on my return from work it had been stolen and was told i was not allowed to view the video from the security cameras. as it was my sole transportation how do they expect me to get to work reliably daily. the managers tell me its not there problem. it was stolen from theire store. if employees are stealing from employees there...
