I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. Whenever I bring my pet in for an appointment, they always address both of us by name and make us feel welcome. They really make an effort to get to know their patients here.
