I just went to Rallys on 710 S Grand Avenue East, Springfield, IL 62703 and they told me that we could order anything with Big Meat, American Cheese and lettuce. You need to call them right now...

Worst service ever....I'm not suree if everyone that works there was dropped on their heads but there has to be,something wrong with them....I cannot for the life of me get them to make one order...

Big chicken. It took 15 minutes in the drive up window with only one person ahead of me, and this sandwich is overcooked, has barely any lettuce, and dies not even have the pickles I requested. the fries just taste like oil. I'm really disappointed.

I remember when rallys was formerly known as Zips. They still have the same great fries and the big bueford burger is so good. Also the employees at the s grand location were surprisingly helpful!

First of all, let me say... my food has always been good at the Rally's Hamburgers chain. Unfortunately, this locations service and appearance are severely lacking. I have been to this location now 3 times over 8 week period, with hopes it would improve each time before reviewing them on Tripadvisor. Sad to say... my last stop really will be...
