He was a lazy doctor. No bedside manner. Dismissive and condescending. Did not explain anything, was in the room for no more than 3 minutes.

When I went to my appointment she never got my prescription for my vision, or looked at my eye with my contact on. She looked at my eye and told me my contact was choking my eye, but no idea what caused the contact to start doing this after being used for a year with no issues. She proceeded to tell me I may never wear contacts again, which is upsetting since I cannot do much without them since...

Dr. Menon was very clear and precise in explaining my condition. Although she was very busy, she took the time to make feel comfortable, hear my concerns and did not rush her examination. Very satisfied.
