I find myself sighing in relief that I am in Raintree when I walk into some other apts. It has a homey feel to it. Over all not bad, but not incredable by any means. It's nice inside, drywall not cinder block walls. The maintenance is slow. Things seem cheaply done, but beautiful grounds. Plenty of parking, hard to find a spot in the parking lot that is closer than 100 yards.
"Don't eat the paint", they tell me... very old. 6 People for 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Crowded. On the plus side, there was a band downstairs from us, but we couldn't really hear them inside when they practiced.If you need somewhere cheap and can handle being sandwhiched with 5 other people, go for it. Otherwise, go somewhere else.
Its the only place I've lived at in Provo and I have loved it. All of my friends always come over here because it is just better than everywhere else. NO boots during honor code hours (you won't find that anywhere else), great social atmosphere, great amenities, prices not bad for Provo, close to anywhere you need to be (malls, schools, jobs, etc.)
Please take a look at the two recent "oustanding reviews" that were posted on the SAME DAY following a negative post by a real tenant of Raintree. If you want proof of how good/bad raintree is actually go to the appartment complex and check out the apartments that tenants actually live in and not just the one they will show you. To raintree...I LIVE here and it sucks. Stop forging reviews....
It is impossible to find parking close to where your apt is located after 6 then you find a spot super super far away. No internet connection, we pay $10 for an internet that does not work and no matter how much you complain they don't do anything about it. I truly can't wait to move out.
