Service dept sucks!!! Got put off over and over and talked to like I didn't exist when I was able to get ahold of someone. Nobody ever knew about our new car that broke down after 2 days, it took my salesman 3 days to get the car looked at. The called my wife and told her the exact same thing they told me was the problem the day before. I also had a profit bed experience there with my truck but...

I highly recommend working with Rose. She was quick to respond, locked in the price we wanted, and their was no BS or pressure. Next car=Rainier Dodge!

Could not have been more disappointed with the service department. The car had more problems when we picked it up and barely made it back to the shop. They want $2000 more to fix the problem they caused.
And they were rude at every step of the process.
Never get a car fixed there!

They are hands down the single best dealership my husband and I have ever done business with. The staff have gone above and beyond to get us into the style of car we wanted and once it was purchased have followed up with us several times to assure we are happy with our purchase. They are above amazing, above outstanding!!! We highly recommend them!!!
