Very friendly and competent staff working at the Sumner Branch of Rainier Dental. My dentist is very informed on the latest procedures and willing to use the methods preferred by his patients. The door is filthy and the new staff doesn't say hello or engage you whatsoever. They are too busy gossiping behind the desk. The hygienist didn't smile or say hello, just said my son's name and took him back. This is just absolutely lousy customer service. Kids need a happy place to calm their nervousness.
