Its okay I won't say much about it by went the first time I went there they were very nice but I guess it depends on the people that's there and the lines were slow but nothing major and their service that time was great but keep in mind that is just some days that, happen.

Went in to pay my bill, and after 30minutes of waiting, the line keeps getting longer and after waiting 1hr. I get to the counter and proceeded to pay when the teller tells me that to walk in and pay it is a $2.00 fee! Are you kidding me!
