Came in with a party of 5. Pedicure was really fast didn't get all the Polish off and looks horrible. More expensive than other places. Pedicures are to be great experiences this one was awful.

I just left your facility. I had the worst pedicure experience of my life. In fact, I'm removing my pedicure as soon as I get home. The tech used a nail buffer on my cuticle and sliced it. As a result, there is blood in my nail polish on my toenail and nail polish on my toe. Then your company acts as if they are doing me a favor by discounting the nail design. I know they're supposed to push shellac nail. I get it, but if a customer says no the tech should pull an attitude and slop on a manicure in 15 minutes! Won't be going back and I was a repeat customer.
