Rainbow Environmental Services is a fantastic company that is always in the community and strives to meet their customer's needs on a daily basis.

The best part of their company is their staff is willing to give tours to view their operations. Kids are delighted when they see where their trash and recycling go!

Garbage everywhere their trucks have flying garbarge through out the streets. We have complained they don't care. When i called they sayed they dont care - they do not anwser to anybody. We will see about that. Your going to see way more compalints - promise - clean your act up - it stinks and you have no right to diry our streets.

Worst company to deal with! Their "" customer"" service is absolutely deplorable. Have asked to speak to a supervisor only to get a voice mail and no return phone calls. No reponse to emails sent to their contact information.They have missed several trash pick ups at my place, only to blame it on a problem that does not exist. Get nothing but a run around with never a resolution to any problem. When you do reach an actual person, you get told you are in the wrong and get dumped off to a voice mail to speak with a supervisor that I am not sure even exists! Wish HB would reconsider who they...

This company does not care were their garbage flyies, When they lift the gargabe container to dump into their truck garbage its flyies everywhere. My neighbors and I have called this company to compain about the garbage that flyies all over our cars, homes, street ect. There is a wood cabinet company they haul.This company does not bag their sawdust. As soon as these clowns lift the garbage container and dump into their truck the saw dust goes everwhere.
