I have also had problems with this company. I purchased a RC aircraft (Gurnli A-10 jet) and found out it was so underpowered that it would not fly. I purchased this plane after watching a performance video of this aircraft on their web site. What I did not know at the time is Raiden Technology stole this video from U-tube. I ordered a product which promised it would ship within 2-3 business days, and we would receive an email confirmation after the product shipped. After approximately 2 weeks, we emailed for confirmation. It took 4 emails to receive a response.
The product arrived much later than promised and did not work. We contacted customer service for advice and were told to send it back (at our expense)...
