Wonderful staff, clean hotel and great conference rooms. Hotel room and bathroom very very clean. Work out room and pool area very nice. Lobby very inviting.
Perfect location downtown. Close to shops and places to eat.
Would have given rating of 5 but escalator broken and had to haul luggage up steps from parking garage.

Great hotel in downtown Appleton

We stayed at the Radisson Paper Valley on a business trip. It was a great experience. We booked 7 rooms and every guest remarked on what a great stay they had. The staff, bartenders, waitresses and even the bell man were great. We will definitely be back!

I stay annually at this hotel. For the most part everything. The room was comfortable but the controls for my roommates bed did not work so she didn't get the best of sleep the first night. The lunch soup and salad bar were just as good as before - a very good value however the sports bar grill was terrible...

This hotel is excellent. The people are very nice. Housekeeping does a good job. The shuttle service is usually right on time and the drivers do an excellent job. They offer shuttle service to the supermarket or other places nearby.
