Fine visit but not as expected

We love the location of this hotel, convenient to games, Rock n Roll hall of fame and the bar scene. But though the bedding and bathroom was relatively clean and comfortable, the room itself was dusty, furniture was stained (also in the lobby) and the room in general smelled stale. I recently visited the Radisson Cleveland Gateway and recommend it to everybody. First, the location is ideal. I attended a Cleveland Cavs playoff game, and the arena is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The Cleveland Indians stadium is also a 5 minute walk. The room was nothing to speak of for the money paid. The carpets look old and a bit dirty. We couldn't get Internet and when we asked for help, the front staff was short. No free breakfast and we didn't have a microwave or frig. The plus is, being so close to the Q!

Can't beat the location and the valet was very convenient. Once the car was parked by valet, there was very little need for it again as the surrounding area of Cleveland was very foot traffic friendly. Staff was very friendly and personable as well.

I thought this would mean that they would be accommodating to marathon participants, but I was mistaken.
