Clean room, but not comfortable

The cooling unit did not work properly. The outside temperature was in the low 80's all day. Room 858 was warm and muggy. The temperature setting was set at 60 degrees but never cooled below 74. Uncomfortable night.

Many stays here. Finally got a room with a very! Suites are definitely worth a few extra $! Spacious and awesome spa tub for two! The hotel shows some age but they work hard at maintaining the premises. The only down side was the sleep number bed. If you're only staying a night or two it's difficult to know your number and We were both way off. Other than that... Wonderful experience.

The staff was very friendly. The only minor complaint was plumbing noise during the night. Pipes just make noise.

We ususally love this hotel but this time we were put in an end room and you could hear everything that was going on in the room next to us. Not sure if maybe they partitioned the ends off to make rooms at a later time or what and didn't insulate the walls good. This has been the only time we have ever experienced this at this hotel before.
