I went in on 10/26/2011 & WAS LIED DIRECTLY TO MY FACE Paige told me a phone had been pulled from the shelf DUE TO A HUGE MANUFACTURING PROBLEM by Verizon. I checked EVERYWHERE she lied to me just to make a sale cause they were OUT OF THENIGHT PHONE I WANTED! VERY VERY SHADY BUSINESS!!! I WILL NEVER RETURN to that store! I even checked another RADIO SHACK & THEY HAD NO CLUE WHAT I WAS TALKING...

This place is a joke. They sell you the product rave how well they support you after the sale and then do not follow through. I stopped in for a 90 day warranty claim and Katrina and Carli Joe were too busy eating nachos that they sent me on my way telling me to come back later when the manager can help me. What good is a business if they can't help you? Hands down I will never shop here again.
