They didn't say you didn't make your payment...they said you made your payment late.  There isn't a single credit card out there that has a Grace Period(well I think there might be one).  So if your payment is due at 5PM and you pay it at 5:01PM..it is late and you are assessed a late fee.I have no idea what a Cell Phone update has to do with making a payment, but anyways...It is always...

I had a update on a cell phone in 1-14 made my payment 2-14-14 by mail. RadioShack say they did notprocess my check untill the the 23rd. & payment was due 2-22-14. They charged me $25.00 for late fee.On 3-22-14 they charged me another $25.00, after I had sent them a copy of the processed check & toldthem they needed to update my account.     Then on 4-14 & 5-14 they added on $35.00 each. making...

I tried to return merchandise at one of your stores in Southern California and was told that I must provide my name, address and home phone number.I told the salesperson that this was illegal but she kept insisting.I ended up refusing and left without my refund.You have just closed thousands of stores in the US and you are making the last few customers that you have very angry.
