Very poor service from Manger to the workers

Very poor customer service from all the workers from the manger down to the workers, called up head of time, told me they had it in stock.
1. Manger had no respect for customers he was on the phone while speaking to me and other customers.
2. Workers were very unprofessional they didn’t even take the time to help me.
3. On the phone they told me we have it in stock, went there and they were no help wasted hour and 45 minutes of my time.
4. They were very arrogant and helpless didn’t even now what they were talking about.
5. To make things worse the women worker was cunningly laughing at me she thought she could push my button.
6. Had very bad experience don’t bother going to this location.

This is one horrible radio shack. I went there with a $25 off coupon as long as I bought $100 worth of products. So I get all the products together, even got the warranty she asked about (i know for some places if you get the warranty, it looks good for the employee, so i didnt mind), and yet she told me I was 5 cents under $100. 5 cents!! So she made me buy another thing. Then when I finally was at $115 she told me someone used my personal coupon that I printed out from MY e-mail account and there was nothing she could do about it. And she would not get the manager involved, and she...
