My husband and I have been going to Radio Shack for years for misc. purchases and have always been happy until the other night... dealing with a defective product and an associate named Kenneth.
He was rude, abrupt, unhelpful and all around had a negative attitude. All he could tell us is how he could NOT help us and what he could NOT (or would not) do for us. In my opinion he was just lazy...
