The place does look like that of a horror movie but the people are great. I called Samsung about an issue I had with my 32in and they set an appointment with Radio Doctors. If you want your repair done in less than a month, don t even think about dropping off here...not to mention the fact that they get snotty on the phone when you re calling for the status of your repair. Avoid this place like the plague.
