I did not like having to keep calling him to find out if my computer was ready. He also did not mention his business is out of his apartment. Perhaps he would be fine if he came out to your home, not sure. I would not use him it was not worth saving a few bucks.
Things were fixed, on time, and well done. Its been a while since I've needed any repairs done, but will go back.

I turned in 4 laptops to Gary on a Saturday morning and received back on a Sunday as I needed 2 for work the next day. The cost of removing a virus and doing some maintenance work on the 4 computers was the same I would have paid for one at most place i visited. Highly recommend this Company.
