Do not rent from them. They are very hard to get ahold of. They do not respond to online requests for weeks or longer at times. Getting ahold of them by text is next to impossible. Getting things fixed is horribly hard to do. Even when they say they will do something they never do or it takes weeks to get done. Get everything in writing. They will say one thing on the phone and do another.
