A destination for inspiring Italian cuisine and wines in Boulder.

Radda Trattoria Restaurant Review: An Italian food destination for grown-ups with teenage wallets, Radda Trattoria is one of Boulder's most high-profile restaurants. The wood-burning pizza oven, bustling exhibition kitchen, custom-built wine cellar housing more than 2,000 bottlings and funky furnishings custom-crafted by Boulder artisans make for a delightful sensory experience. Chefs Matthew...

The pasta’s handmade and the food locally sourced where possible, and the affluent clientele is surprisingly approachable. It’s a modest room, but you’ll forget its mini-mall chops when carried away in glasses of carefully selected wine and hand-crafted country food...

Pot de creme!

Matt Jansen, owner of Mateo, opened Radda in the midst of north Boulder's low-rise sprawl, and it's a welcome addition.

Remember when this place was Masa Grill and had $1 tacos on Monday night? Yeah, those were good times!

Gluten-free pizza & linguine!

Great Italian food if your trying to avoid Pearl St. parking.

Wine: Solid, well-managed wine list, almost all Italian. Some good deals.
