Great place! I found it through my insurance company and am so glad I did. They were honest and direct with the estimate for my car repair. When I got the car back, earlier than expected, I was very satisfied. Shawn is great to deal with and so is the receptionist in the front.

This place is amazing! Read my Review on Google. I havent seen a more stellar group of folks in years! Absolute professional, kind, courteous, warm environment with the most honest, diligent staff! God bless they still exist! Shawn was amazing! The beautiful lady behind the desk, amazing!!! The Son, when I picked up my car, amazing! What a blessing to witness such fine folks in todays society....

My experience with R&S is much different than that of the person who wrote a scathing online review on them. I appreciate their review and made a note of it. In fact I called to speak to someone at R&S about it. I spoke to the manager, Shawn, about my concerns and told him specifically that I was terribly concerned about the online review I had read. I have worked for R&S for 16 years. We have been in business since 1970. The customer that had the horrible experience did not lie.We did have a problem with that car but the tech that worked on it is no longer here and we have addressed what happened so it will not happen again.
