The first time you hear from joe at RJB thru to the finishing touchs by ron and the guys it is first class all the way.I had an old porch and they turned it into an 4 season sunroom with wrap around deck.Just like they say effiecent and very affordable.

Buyer Beware

We purchased a Lifelong Dream Deck for close to $10K a couple of years ago. It is not a "dream deck", it is a nightmare. Ron said we have a lifetime warranty on the deck as per our contract. We have been contacting him for 6 months trying to get it fixed. He has refused. If you want to hire a contractor who will hold up his end of the contract, stear clear from R.J. Brittingham!

Ron and team did a first class job from start to finish. I can be pretty picky and some may call me a pain, but I expect quality when I do a job and not once during our install did I feel like we were being neglected or short changed. Calls were returned promptly and the job was done on time as agreed to. I would use RJ Brittingham again and recommend them to anyone doing home repair

Ron was extremely helpful, professional and prompt. Our deck was finished quickly but more importantly, the right way the first time. I would and I have recommended him to others. He was great to work with and listened to our ides and gave some of his own suggestions. I would use him again - any time !! Thank you MJM
