I've never had any issues with R&E. Granted I only lived in one of their apartments for 7 months but I had a great manager who was very responsive. I texted her and within minutes I'd get a text back. They were also very easy to deal with when I had to find someone to take over my lease. Really a surprisingly easy ordeal. I was dealing with Rosy and she was sweet, helpful, and responsive. I really have nothing bad to say about them. Oh and I think they allow dogs at all their properties which was a major plus for me. I would definitely recommend renting an apartment through R&E!
