They lost my blood. Then they called me four days later to tell me that it may be at another lab or they may need to take more. Sure, "another lab." A few minutes later, they left me a voicemail telling me I did need to come in and get more blood taken and it's the first time this has happened. I went to Dr. Akbari for a pap smear. The apt lasted about 5 minutes and I was told that my results would be ready in about 2 weeks. After three months the Dr. still hadn't reviewed my results. I was still charged for the visit even though my insurance should have covered it. Dealing with the office was an absurd experience. They are polite but not helpful and their opening (calling) hours are...
