I love their enthusiasm and the shop is so very clean. I especially love Newton. Makes my heart go pitter-patter every time I see him. I felt somewhat claustrophobic in the small room, so many quilter showed up for the first Saturday of the month. I think it should be in the sewing room at the tables. Unfortunately did not get to see all the beautiful projects brought by the lady quilters....

I ordered a kit online that couldn't be found anywhere else. I didn't receive any confirmation or tracking information, which made me nervous, but it arrived in short order, and the gals I spoke to over the phone were wonderful! So Happy!!!

Took my HQ16 to have a stitch regulator installed and am very pleased! Their Service Department is top-notch - Brad rocks!!
