I had a clogged drain due to too much in garbage disposal. They came out and fixed, then left. I ran water in sink and it came right out of disposal. Called, came right back. Said I needed a new disposal. Put one in and left. I got the bill and HOLY COW... charged me over 100% markup for disposal!! And that was RETAIL, NOT WHOLESALE. $257 for a $100 disposal. we have a contract with these people. Call today to set a time for them to come service my furnace ( as per the contract) and the lady that answered the phone was absolutely rude. Saying she didn't have time to look up my information because she was to busy. No need to be rude. we pay you to service our furnace. Think it is time to look somewhere else now.

Service man "Donny" was an idiot. Refused to service my furnace due to mouse droppings in the furnace and water in the PVC pipes to furnace. He said he didnt want to get tuberculosis. Haha Office...
