Terrible Customer service, and terrible work. Their new screen replacement popped off 2 days after warranty (32 days after work) and they would not help replace it so I had to go to another store to get it done. Seems like they just wanted to charge you for anything!

My iPhone 6 Plus screen broke, and i was crying and so sad but a friend recommended quiz ez repairs. My iPhone 6 screen was completely shattered and the employee, Abdul was there to the rescue!! It took him 15 minutes to fix it and it looked brand new. I love this store and highly recommend this store to anyone that has a problem with their phone/tablet!! 10/10 service!!

From start to finish excellent customer experience!!! Chris, was genuine, informative and professional (she made us feel comfortable, explained the product, process and time it would take to complete- she is a gem!) We typically use only manufacturer to repair items but Apple Store in the mall referred us to third-party companies for assistance (2 in the mall) as they don't repair their iPads...
