Wait time is looooooong here. Waited for 1.5 hour to get my paper work. And wait more for test. I should have gone to the Pleasanton location.

I came by here to schedule an appointment because their phone scheduler and website didn't work. You can't schedule an appointment in their office. That's just great service. Good job...

Waited for 1 hr...Finally, she said they lost my standing order.Then..asked me "Are you really busy.?" ...means wait another hour...So poor service spirit.I

This place is awful. I've been sitting here for an hour and a half+ and haven't been seen yet. It takes 5-10 min to draw someone's blood I don't know why they would be take this long. I haven't...

Make an appointment. Otherwise the wait is ridiculous even first thing in the morning.Gerald is amazing, though. I hate having my blood drawn and he made it almost painless and found my vein...
