I'm sorry you had difficulty with your billing, but you were told it was an estimate.  It is your responsibility, not the labs to know what tests your insurance company may or may not cover.  Understand that there are hundreds of insurance companies, and within those companies hundreds of different policies.  It would be close to impossible for your lab to research what your specific policy...

I was not told this was and "estimate." You were not there and wouldn't know. Why would you advertise online that you can pay your bill up front so you "don't get a bill." I was told it would cost "around $100" at the office before the tests were done. Rip offs.

When I arrived at the Diagnostics center, I requested to pay everything up front so I do not receive a bill. The lady estimated the Bill to be around $100. I paid the $100 that day. Weeks later I receive a bill for $350! They claim my insurance does not cover these blood test that I took. I thought it was their job to verify that my insurance is accepeted.
