One phleb to register and collect specimens. No wonder there is a full waiting room. Wait has been over an hour so far and may take another.

I had a great experience. The staff was very friendly. I was in and out in less that 15 minutes. No redundant paperwork. The person who took my blood was very pleasant. Would definitely go back.
