Make an online appointment. Overall friendly staff and straight to the point. The 2nd floor cafe has awesome food too if you get hungry.

While the place is neat, it is short staffed and makes you wait a ridiculous amount of time. Not coming here again. Also, no parking validation.

Understaffed and rude. I was waiting in the waiting room for over 45 minutes and they called one person back. Multiple people left. However, they did help a woman who came in after me who was...
