Set an appointment for 10 am to do a drug screen for a new job. Show up at 9:55 and they ask me to sign in. Only about 4 ppl in the waiting area when I get there. Don't bother making an appointment. Waiting times are long. No seating in waiting area. Rude technicians. Dirty office. Not one redeeming quality.
