Severely understaffed. You go corporate America. Somewhat unfriendly staff tow the line. What can you do when working under such circumstances?

If you have to go for a medical test, this place does a good job. Weekends are just insane with the large waiting room completely full. Weekdays are the best time to come from what the staff told...
