Lovely and friendly nurse on duty here and i was seen quickly. But when i followed up on the phone customer service was shockingly awful.

Came in for some straight forward blood work. Right after the "phlebotomist" a.k.a - specialist in blood taking - stuck me with the needle (they don't use butterfly needles either), the puncture...

The woman here was very attentive. I found the facility to be fast in accommodating me and was very clean. I only wish they used butterfly needles.
