While the staff are friendly and do a good job, generally speaking, of drawing blood with minimal pain, the fact they *NEVER* pick up their phone when it rings (I've called, and I've been there when the phone rings nonstop) is a big problem.

My advice to anyone who has to go there is to write down their hours of operation and keep this information safe, so you never have to call them to ask...
