They're the best in the neighborhood. I wouldn't mind if they got some new manicurists since only 2 are really good but they're always nice and even the crappy manicurists are still decent.

I've given this place so many chances and always get annoyed at myself for coming back after I leave. Out of the probably 10 or more occasions I've been here maybe 1 or two times that are decent....
