My husband had received a referral from a co-worker about Queen's carpet care, and the business card had been on the front of our fridge forever. We finally remembered to give them a try, and all we could could say was "WOW", when they were finished. It like we had almost new carpeting again. Def. recommend them.

We saw their online ad for $99.00 for 3 rooms - well our home is bigger so it we needed five rooms 2 hallways, and 2 bathrooms done. The owner Chad, gave us a very fair price for the additional work needed, and removed the pet odor, and stains as well. Thank You Chad.

I take off from work to meet the workers at 11am, the technician arrive 4 hours late from original appointment time, walked in without even looking or examining the carpet or the size of the rooms, giving me a bill of $359 plus tax. After 20 min of dishonest statements; he said that I was wasting his time and he cannot charge less than $295.
