The level of professionalism and friendliness that's exemplified by your staff is unmatched by any other bicycle shop I've been to in Springfield! It's amazing how I only came in for a tune up and walked out feeling more happy and well taken care of! Your customer service is a shining example of your love for bicycles and people! Every business has something they can learn from you!!!!

These guys have helped me out twice this week. As someone that is getting back into cycling after a fairly long break in riding, I seriously appreciate the help.
Love it, these guys are not only friendly and helpful, but know their business and care about their customers!!!
