This is my statement after they refused our phone calls and would not call GAF in order to provide us with a tracking number so we could locate our order(I finally got the info on my own through GAF). "What an inexcusable experience we've had with Quality Roofing...we paid $130 for shingles to be shipped to us by special order only to find out that they did not place the order in a timely...
