Failed to honor their word

Stopped in last weekend to rent an Auger. Was told by Joe if rented on Friday I can have it all weekend for a one day rental. Auger would have to be returned by 9:00 AM Monday. Was happy to hear that and said I would come back the next weekend because I was off the following Monday to return the Auger. Changed project schedule to completed this weekend and when I arrive to rent the Auger...
