I hired Michael to remove old tiles from my kitchen and install new porcelain tiles. I hired him because his quote was few hundred $ less than other quotes. I agreed to pay him half advance and half at completion of job. During work, he would ask me for some money at end of each day, and like a stupid, I paid him.
