The toilet was not secured to the floor
The bed skirt was ripped off and laying on the floor
No addl shampoo/conditioner/lotion was provided after initial day
Pillows were AWFUL..flat
A Mercedes sat under the drop off over hang the whole time blocking others from dropping off/picking up
The breakfast was only so-so..I ate out.
Room was comfortable, clean and all equipment in the room worked. My only complaint was the soda machine was inoperable during my stay, and I was directed by a hand-written sign to go to the front desk to purchase it. But the front desk was out of all diet soda, so I had to walk about a quarter mile to the closest gas station down the street to purchase a couple bottles of pop.
Great location for cruises out of Port of Houston.
It was d most horrible experience in my entile life. It was blood in d bed smell really bad d front desk girl has to open d door for me oh and d room wasnt ready at 12 37 midnight, unbelievable.
Good place to stay before a cruise close to port and shopping.
