As we hadn't visited Sault Ste Marie before we were unsure about what to expect. This hotel was perfectly placed for the Agawa Canyon Tour Train. The room was clean as was the bar and dining area. All staff were helpful and courteous.

After a two week canoe trip in northern Ontario we were looking for some amenities. In our travels we have always trusted Quality Inn. This place was a horrible exception. My stay here was a nightmare. The rooms are gross and foul smelling! Their customer service sucks!! If you have the option...pick another hotel for your stay!!

Location. The Quality Inn & Conference Center is located in Sault Sainte Marie, Mich., along the Upper Peninsula on the Canadian border. Lake Superior State University is two miles from the hotel.
