Reserved at last minute in snow storm. Coffee was ready in lobby and room was warm and clean. Average breakfast. Cleanliness and helpfulness of the staff were perfect. It was late and the clerk was very nice.

Spent an evening at Quality inn... a great experience. Staff was exceptionally nice. Nice workout room with 2 treadmills, elliptical & weight machine. Breakfast was OK. Would have liked a few more healthier options. They did have some fresh fruit & light yogurt. Was upgraded to a suite due to being a preferred member. Room was very clean & bed...

Beds are mostly comfortable, bathroom is HUGE. Water pressure so so. The room we stayed in had a very noisy heat/ac unit which woke me up every time it kicked on during the night. Have always stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Litchfield, but decided to try the Quality Inn as I see it is usually full. Gorgeous chandelier in foyer, nice pool although on the small side but plenty of pool towels, hot breakfast items...fried eggs, sausage and biscuits and sausage gravy, and the waffle machine with hot syrup on the morning...

When I checked in at the Quality Inn in Litchfield, Illinois, I was tired and ready for bed. But, when I walked into the room, I awakened to a pleasant surprise - a very large, spacious room. And, to make good even better, the bathroom was extra large too.
