I was visiting a friend with small quarters in Milan and stayed at the Quality for five nites in April 2011. I was able to get a very nicely furnished room in the exact location I wanted. The entire facility was kept spotlessly clean the during my entire visit and the staff was helpful and friendly. It's close and convenient to several fast eating establishments and Walmart.
The only thing that could use improvement are some of the electrical plugs were a bit worn and stuff fell out but there were other OK plugs so not a problem. Also, I would have liked it if the windows opened further to allow more of the deliciously clean Grants air in but possibly some regulation prohibits.
I stayed in a different motel in Grants on another trip and will definitely stay at Quality again next time.
Get the right room and you have a great view of BNSF's Transcon but as long as the windows are shut you won't hear it!
Horrible, pillows were throw pillows instead of regular pillows for your head
Our room was comfy and clean, staff friendly and accommodating. Our biggest problem was having a loud family stay in the room above us one night. No sleep that night! We almost checked out. The front desk person said all the rooms are assigned by an automated system. Add into the computer program: "Put families on the bottom floor!"
Grants bietet tolle Ziele wie das El Malpais National Monument - absolut empfehlenswert! Vom Quality Inn kann man das nicht ganz so sagen. Es liegt im Gewerbegebiet und nahe an einer Bahnlinie, die gut befahren ist. An sich ist das Hotel ganz hübsch, aber der Geruch in unserem Zimmer... Mit Lüften erträglich, aber das hat gedauert. The hotel personnel couldn't figure out how to get the WIFI reset. Called a 800 nr and they weren't any better. If we had needed it for our business we would have been SOL.
