We had a few disturbing factors which occurred during our two night stay. First, the bathroom door would not stay closed. We had to put a garbage can against the door when privacy was desired. Rate was comparable to those in the area. The rooms looked recently painted and updated somewhat. The breakfast wasn't good at all. We stayed in the quality inn in scottsboro last night and the quality of this one compared was VERY lacking. We went down about 8:30 and had to wait on everything to be refilled. Not the best smelling hotel and surrounded by a river and moat so getting to food required driving or walking a highway - no elevator so required to use a secluded stairwell

Stayed here while visiting DeSoto State Park and Little River Canyon. Location was perfect for what we wanted to do. Breakfast provided was not up to par, we had to ask to have items replenished because dishes were empty. They just need to keep a closer watch on this, we were not the only guests waiting for eggs and sausage.

Been worse, been a lot better. Dirty carpet. Very comfortable mattresses, tiny pillows. Ok breakfast. The payment system was not working. I can't remember much more what can I say, family vacation. Yea Dollywood
